Franziska Morlok

Franziska Morlok, born in Schwäbisch Gmünd, is a designer, author and professor and runs the design studio Rimini Berlin together with Jenny Hasselbach. She designs for and with clients from the fields of culture and science. Her work regularly receives awards, most recently from the Type Directors Club New York and the Stiftung Buchkunst. Franziska Morlok is interested in the relationship between design and society and publishing as a design practice. She has co-authored several publications, including »Helibo Seyoman«, »Bookbinding«, and »Was Postdigital Better?« Franziska teaches »Grundlagen und Prozesse des Entwerfens« at the Berlin University of the Arts, before that she was a professor for Editorial Design at FH Potsdam.
